women who workout: what's your what, where + why?

What and Where? I very much enjoy HIIT, Tabata and weightlifting. I use an app called 8fit that has recipe plans and short exercise routines that you can do at home. It’s been rewarding to move up from the “Apprentice” to the “Master” level of skill and strength. Although I love classes, including taking Adult Ballet, nothing beats the convenience of exercising in my home.
Why? Like Katy, I want to look good. It means a lot to me to delete my husband and myself with how I look and feel. I very much enjoy muscle definition – especially seeing eye muscles that I have never noticed before!
