yayyy!! we’re so glad you loved it! we updated the blog to include the amounts of everything in the ghee tea, so it’s just 8 oz brewed caffeine-free or low-caffeine tea, 1 tbsp each of ghee + MCT oil + a splash of unsweetened coconut milk! :)

Loved this article. Also suffering from wndo and pretty bad bloat. Defjnitely going to try this. Appreciate all your tips! Would love to know more/ amounts in your ghee tea?
