I am 4 weeks into my 12-week planner, with a now almost 3-month old! Keeping track of my meals, workouts, and progress had been great so far, and even though it’s only been 4 weeks I can see progress that makes me feel proud. And I agree that it helps a ton to not do it alone! We alternate our workouts between holding Baby (and chasing Toddler!).
