seriously, what else do you need? this is how i start almost every single day:
6:00am: 5 minutes of lying in bed, staring at the ceiling, contemplating if i really wanna get up – and saying a quick prayer to start my day off right.
6:08am: ok, i’m up.
6:20am: en route to gym, coffee in travel mug because, well…coffee.
6:30am: at the gym for a killer sweat sesh, logged in my fitbook…check, check.
7:43am: back at home for breakfast (3 eggs, avocado – 50g to be exact) and more coffee.
8:07am: journaling my gratitude, goals + daily devotion in my fitspiration journal – with coffee. (see a pattern here?)
and then, i work.
