choose your unit of measure (oz, grams, ml)
 set your mixing bowl on top of the scale + hit tare to zero out the weight
 add each ingredient directly to the bowl until you reach desired weight (example: 1 cup whole wheat flour = 4 oz), hitting tare between each ingredient
[pumpkin spice protein muffins] makes 12 muffins
15 oz canned pumpkin
¼ cup (57 g) unsweetened almond milk
1 ½ cups (180 g) vanilla protein powder
¼ cup (6g) stevia-in-the-raw
½ tsp (3g) baking powder
½ tsp (3g) cinnamon
½ tsp (3g) allspice
½ tsp (3g) salt
preheat oven to 350 degrees.
whisk together the eggs, pumpkin + almond milk, then mix in dry ingredients.
