Starting in the new year I will be working on getting at least 8 hours of sleep. I have also started tracking inches and not just the number on the scale.

The numbers that I am going to start tracking in the new year involve my overall health progress, with recovering from anorexia. Am I nourishing myself adequately (calories, macronutrients)? Am I getting enough rest? Am I working out too much? Am I making time for daily meditation? All of these numbers count – literally.

For the new year I want to start increasing my active minutes. I use to be very active and have found myself making excuses to stay on the couch.

I am already counting the steps every day. My next step is to get at least eight hours of sleep per night. Definitely difficult.

My goal to start tracking is #12-water consumption. I am a tea drinking machine! I hope to really use all the tracking tips in making my life healthier, but I think I’m going to start with water intake! Love this blog and shared it as well! :)

I want to count my steps each day. I have rev you changed employers and find myself sitting for longer periods of time. I’m motivated to get moving more!

My goal next year is to increase my number of steps every day, especially on my rest days. And I also have to work on getting more sleep at night.

In the new year my goal is to work on the hours of sleep I get a night! I have a hard time falling asleep, so I hope to get back into the routine I used to have: A cup of sleepy-time tea and a good book before bed. (:
