I have never been able to do a pre workout I eat a snack around 3. -fruit nuts But nothing big. Post workout I go eat my supper. I have done this for years.

Pre- workout, I always grab a banana and post-workout, I always do a protein shake. I love all the ideas above…. I need to try them all instead of being boring

I workout first in the am, so pre-workout snack is hard for me. Post-workout I eat a good breakfast.

My go-to pre-workout snack is some sort of Greek yogurt (I love the Elli Quark brand of yogurt/cheese); and my go-to post-workout snack is a protein shake.

I like to have an apple,cheese,almonds as a quick pre workout snack. I also have a price of fruit and homemade energy bites.

Before I workout I usually eat half or so of a banana. After a workout I LOVE to have a serving of Silk dark chocolate almond milk. I also like some veggies and roasted red pepper humus. The snackstak seems like the perfect way to control portions for before and/or after a workout so that you don’t over eat!! (:

My go-to pre-workout snack is normally a plain Greek yogurt and
my post-workout snack is either a protein shake or a protein bar.
