so what’s a well-rested mother-daughter (or son) duo to do now that spring has sprung? get outside + do some plantin’! an herb garden is a good way for even the brownest of thumbs to get results. it’s cheap, it’s easy to plant + grow, and every time you go out to clip some fresh herbs, you’ll think of one another. awwwwwwww!!

put those herbs to good use by rollin’ up those sleeves + getting your collaboration on in the kitchen. plan a menu with mom's fave foods + hit up the local farmer’s market together to shop for ingredients. you’ll soak up more vitamin D + get a few more steps in. plus, eating locally is not only better for the environment, it’s also cheaper + more nutritious.
